Ditto Fire OS Receiver is now available for update. We are still waiting on approval for Ditto Android Receiver.

A Ditto Receiver update is required to restore Ditto Connect for Web access. The Ditto tvOS Receiver update is now available in the App Store and rolling out to devices. Ditto tvOS Receiver: version 1.6.1 is available now. Apple TVs set to update apps automatically will receive it on their own. Others can update from the App Store on the Apple TV or via their MDM system. Ditto Windows Receiver: version 2.2.1 is available now. Ditto Android Receiver and Ditto Fire OS Receiver: submitted to Google and Amazon, awaiting review. We will post here when they are available. Ditto Connect apps for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android continue to work normally.

We have identified the cause of the connection failures in Ditto Connect for Web and a fix is rolling out. A Ditto Receiver update is required. Ditto Windows Receiver: version 2.2.1 is available now and restores browser connections once installed. Ditto tvOS Receiver: an update has been submitted to Apple for review. We will post here when it is available in the App Store. Ditto Android Receiver and Ditto Fire OS Receiver: a fix is in progress and will be available soon. We will post here when they are available. Until your receivers are updated, Ditto Connect for Web will not be able to connect. Ditto Connect apps for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android continue to work normally.

INVESTIGATING

Users are unable to connect to Ditto Receiver using Ditto Connect for Web. Users will see the following error: "No receivers for this room were found on your network. Please contact your IT administrator." We are investigating the cause.
